The dr and his assistants have a very hard job. They were polite with me my wife and are two daughters are oldest had very soft molars so she had two baby root canals I mean these people were very quick and compassionate they worked together as a team it was very scary for my daughter but I will not have anyone else mess with my kids teeth I was highly impressed with them and I am very happy with are service thank you guys very much
He should not be a kids dentist. We saw him when my daughter was 4 and he absolutely scarred her for going to the dentist. She is 10 now and fears the dentist more than anything and still remembers this one. Drive far away and go to someone with patience and care.
Today was my son's first trip to the dentist. He enjoyed his visit. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My five year old had lots of questions and they did a great job answering each one and explaining what they were going to be doing each step of the way. I highly recommend Malcolm Dentistry for your little ones! :)
I really debated on putting a review up cause I don't enjoy making others look bad but dr. Malcolm wanted to charge me about 1500 plus a sedation fee that would b separate to have some fillings done on my 2 year old. I expressed my opinion on having her put under at the age of 2 and he tried making me feel bad, explaining how I would traumatize my child if I didn't put her under and kept her awake for the process. I really gave this a Lot of thought and decided to go to Dr. Johnson on e. State and I'm so happy i did! Although, today I'm being told that her cleaning will not b covered under insurance cause it was already done with Dr. Malcolm. I'm so confused cause all he did was look at her teeth and put paste on her front 4 teeth and apparently this is considered a cleaning. Very disappointed about this but still so happy i went with Dr. Johnson cause they're keeping her awake and it's quick and painless! Also cheeaaap!
My daughter cried and was terrified. After the work was done I gave her a hug and said "you did good". He replied " She did not do good. You need to get your child under control." I explained this was a traumatic experience for her and the guy had absolutely no clue. It was insane! I told him what I thought of him and left but not before hearing him scream across the office" Pay Your Bill!" Mind you my daughter was crying still from the whole experience. If you love your child, don't just don't. Take her to a dentistry that has patience with kids and compassion.
