I have been going to the Belvidere Crusader Clinic for probably 8 to 9 yrs now and for the most part have been happy with the care I have received from the staff. The only time I have had a long wait time was when they squeezed me in for lab work. When I didn't have insurance, they provided me with affordable health services and help with medications.
I hate the fact that I needed a free clinic.
I would rate this facility as a zero but that's not an option. This facility is pointless to have here they have no clue what they are practicing nor do they care to do anything that involves effort. It was also brought to my attention that you are not considered a human being but a measly number on their paychecks. Rude. Inconsiderate.
People who gripe about bad services should just go to the high end hospitals and pay full price for better care.
I can go anywhere because I have a PPO insurance plan. The doctors' at crusader clinic are great and so is the rest of the staff.
