Great jogging/bike path, river, swinging bridge, playgrounds, pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, Frisbee golf, basketball court, and old historic mill that is popular for wedding photos, and an outdoor amplitheater for summer concerts.
Well maintained community park. Year round activities. Historic mill and mill race.
PLEASE DONT RUN BY DUSK or later... there are so many things on the floor... I broke my foot because of the poor (non existing) lighting... stepped onto a stone and well...that’s how I broke it...
I lived in Belvidere since I was a Kid. It has few changes since I was there. They have exersice equipment outside in the park. It has a lot of area for the kids to play. you can go swimming or play bask ball. there are even places to sit and have Birthday parties and Social Gatherings in the Park to sit and chat with friends and family. They have a bathroom area in the park . i haven't been in there. but I think they need to make a larger Place with more toliet and urnials.
