Standing in line for 30 minutes while 4 employees chit-chat behind the counter. Frustrating!! People are sick and want their meds so they can go home.
Its nothing terrible. Its a little slow but just avoid going during their busy hours. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. I don't get ehat people are complaining about.
Absolute worst pharmacy. They just leave you standing there ALL the time.
Last Thursday (9/13/07) my husband and I visited your store to use your service to transfer money to our son who became stranded in Southern Illinois. Our experience was quite disturbing as there was not enough help- at the customer service area, the area was dirty, cluttered with merchandise and fly infested. The personnel seemed marginally adequate to perform their job functions but the crowning event was when as we were leaving and my husband used the men's restroom.....which he exited in disgust as the baby changing table in the resstroom had been urinated on by some sub-species of humanity Not sure we will be returning to shop with you folks anytime soon.
There can be 5 people in the Pharmacy and they will not go out of their way to help anyone. Horrible customer service.
