There should be a way to leave less than one star because BPD doesn't even qualify for one. I called an hour and a half ago and officers have yet to handle the situation. And they wonder why so many have negative opinions of law enforcement...LOL.
Known this man and have chatted off and on for many years as he was heavily involved in the Christmas program at the mission, as were me and my wife. I have great respect and believe are community is in good hands
